The First Stereoscopic High-Density Robot Intelligent

The first stereoscopic high-density robot intelligent warehouse in China starts Shenzhou Holdings' Kejie Logistics to lead Intelligent Logistics to a New height

Recently, Shenzhou Holdings' Kaget Logistics in Beijing Pinggu BotHive Systems benchmark test warehouse officially launched. Kejie Logistics cooperated with Shenzhen Policy-effect Intelligent Co., Ltd., using Bot Hive Systems technology and "cargo to person" mode, in order to create the first three-dimensional high-density robot intelligent warehouse. This is also the first high-density robot intelligent warehouse in China, which has a milestone significance in the history of electronic commerce logistics intelligent automation.

Bot Hive is the second generation of robot warehousing automation technology in the world, and it is also the only three-dimensional high-density "cargo to person" technology. It is developed from the first generation of "goods to people" robot technology in the United States. It inherits the advantages of high efficiency, high flexibility, high accuracy, and so on. At the same time, it adopts orbital robot technology. It breaks through the limitation that Kiva robot can only operate on the ground, and can make full and flexible use of three-dimensional space, which greatly improves the efficiency of warehouse site utilization.

In the project of cooperative construction of benchmark test warehouse, Kejie provides storage system and business environment, and Bot Hive, customize the depth of the project according to the specific application scenario of Kejie. After repeated communication and multiple rounds -design demonstration, the two sides finally decided to apply the three-story bot Hive system in Beijing Pinggu warehouse construction in 2018. The system was built in three phases. The first stage of the project began to clear the field at the end of May. At present, the construction is progressing smoothly, and the trial operation is expected in early August.

After the first phase of the project is put into using, both Kejie and BotHive will continuously collect data and user feedback in the operation of the system, continuously optimize the system and explore more innovative solutions. The results of the benchmark test warehouse will also be used in the design of other KGB warehousing projects, paving the way for broader collaboration in the future.
